Her recent $239 million jury verdict representing the plaintiff in Dillard's, Inc. vs. i2 Technologies, Inc. is one of the Top Ten Jury Verdicts in the United States in 2010. Few trial lawyers have obtained this level of victory for their clients. And, she is just as successful in representing defendants. For one client, who was sued for over $100 million, Ms. Camiña obtained not only a "take nothing" award, but she also recovered her client's attorney's fees.***
Ms. Camiña's trial practice includes complex commercial cases in state court, federal court and in arbitration. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad array of disputes including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, patent and copyright infringement, accountant and auditor malpractice, and antitrust and securities violations.
